Conclusion

A research has shown that a given daily dose of sealoil to normal, fast, young people has a positive effect of the content of triglyceride in the plasma, and also on the relationship between omega 6 and 3 fatty acids in red blood cells.

 

Seal oil in a diet has a potential to help some heart diseases.
