* Arctic Omega-3 Seal Oil is packed and sealed in boxes containing 120 capsules per box. The box also includes its own silica-gel pack that absorbs any additional moisture in the container.

* The capsules have a longer expiration, than an opened container of liquid seal oil.
* The capsule’s outer layer is made of gelatin and clean water, which normally does not produce any allergic reactions.
* The product shows both the production number and expiration date. The capsules that are now being produced have an expiration date showing August 2010.

* The usual recommended dosage is 2 – 4 capsules, once or twice a day. The recommended dosage can increase when it is part of a treatment plan.
