Omega-3 fatty-acids = a total of 24 grams
- whereof dokosaheksaenacid (DHA) 8,7 grams
- whereof eikosapentaenacid (EPA) 6,2 grams
- whereof dokosapentaenacid (DPA) 5,3 grams
- whereof vitamin E (tokoferol) 0,35 grams

Each bottle
conatins 200 ml (about 180 grams)

1 childrens spoon (5 ml) contain
Omega-3: 1100 mg = 1,1 grams
- whereof (DHA) 392 mg
- whereof (EPA) 280 mg
- whereof (DPA) 239 mg
Vitamin E (tokoferol) 5 mg
Vitamin D (kolekasiferol) 5 micrograms
 

Ingredients
Omega-3 and Omega-6 from seal oil, gelatin, glycerol and clean water. Tokoferol (as an antioxidant) and Vitamin D3 (kolekasiferol)

Cholesterol
While some fish oils contain 0,6 – 1,7 % cholesterol, Arctic Omega-3 Seal Oil contains less than 0,1% !

Consumption
Recommended dosage
Adults: 5 ml per day.
Children: 2,5 - 5 ml per day.
