Prices

The prices in Norway include 14% valuable added tax. We can not guard against price changes; valuable added tax increases, changes in the currency, consumer price or postage changes.

Remember if you buy from Denmark, Sweden or any other EU-country, you wont have to pay Norwegian valuable added tax, witch is 14%. Artic Omega-3 Seal oil is in general toll free in these countries, but you might have to pay local tax.

Payment

The products are sent by mail, and invoice is included with 14 days maturity. Postage and deliverance is given at web shop-prices (In Norway it is 22,- for single package and 39,- for single and double economic packages, kr.22,- for liquid single package and kr. 39,- for 2 and/or 6 packages liquid). It's also possible, and recommended to pay with Visa or Mastercard in advance. This solution supports Norwegian kroners (NOK), Euro (EUR), Danish Kroners (DKK) and Swedish Kronor (SEK).

Deliverence

Packages sends with A-post/ Norwegian package, - depending on the weight and size on the package. Normal deliverance is from 5 – 8 days.

Return Rights with Cargo

For all products there is a 14 day right to return in the Nordic Countries. The return of the package is arranged with us, and the product is returned in unopened packing. Postage is covered by the costumer, unless arranged differently. Packages that are returned because of trade charge or supplementary claim will not be picked up by us. Replacement responsibility

We precede the right to deliver equal products, even if the product change should accouter.

Transport damage

The costumer is responsible to report on any damage to the product within 2 days after receiving the package to receive a replacement from JFM SUNILE AS.

Any twists, we follow the Norwegian buyer’s law for reclamation rights.
